Launch of Jordan's first National Cooling Action Plan
Cool Up Week Jordan featured on Jordan TV
One week after concluding Cool Up Week Jordan, the visibility and momentum generated by the event continue to grow. Jordan TV, Jordan’s national TV channel, reported on the official launch of Jordan’s first National Cooling Action Plan (NCAP), highlighting the strong cooperation between the Ministry of Environment, the Cool Up programme and partner organisations across the region.
Keeping the momentum of Cool Up Week Jordan
The coverage reflects the broader themes that shaped the week: the importance of long-term policy frameworks, the role of innovative and efficient technologies, and the value of regional cooperation to accelerate implementation. It also underscores how national institutions, local manufacturers, international partners and technical experts are collectively shaping a more resilient pathway for the cooling sector.
For Cool Up, the feature reinforces our core mission: supporting governments in developing integrated policy approaches, enabling local innovation, and connecting actors across borders to exchange experience and strengthen capacity.
Thank you to all partners, speakers and participants who contributed to making Cool Up Week Jordan a milestone moment.
