Technical solutions and building design strategies to tackle the cooling challenge are already at our disposal. The potential of these solutions, however, remains largely untapped. Scaling up these technologies and strategies requires a step change. We support the Cool Up programme’s partner countries in realising catalytic change in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector through a holistic and crosssectoral approach.
